April 13, 2022 (TRUMBULL, CT) – GoNetspeed, a high-speed fiber-to-the-premises Internet provider, announced today that it is expanding construction of its FTTP infrastructure into Fairfield, Southport, and Trumbull in addition to the expansion that was completed in Bridgeport. This infrastructure investment will serve approximately 14,908 homes and businesses. - GoNetspeed has made significant progress on its Bridgeport expansion, and service is already available to 4,800 homes and businesses in the area.
- In Fairfield, service to 2,638 more locations is expected to be available beginning this summer.
- In Southport, service to 350 locations is expected to be available beginning this summer.
- In Trumbull, service to 5,972 homes and businesses is expected to be available beginning this fall.
