A Wi-Fi 7 router is included with all 3 and 6 Gig plans. Wi-Fi router must be returned at time of cancellation. MA, NY, NJ, PA, ME, CT, AL: New customers subscribing to the 500 Mbps, 1 Gig, and 6 Gig service plans will receive a promotional rate in the first 3 months; then-current retail rates apply after promotional period ends. New customers subscribing to the 3 Gig service plan will receive a promotional rate of $34.99 per month for the first 3 months and $69.99 per month for months 4-12; then-current retail rates apply after the promotional period ends. Promotional pricing requires enrollment in both Auto Pay and Paperless billing. Failure to enroll in Auto Pay results in a $5/month rate increase. Customers who do not enroll in Paperless billing will not receive the $5 paperless discount. Promotional pricing, Auto Pay, and Paperless discounts do not apply to seasonal customers. RI: New customers subscribing to the 500 Mbps, 1 Gig, 3 Gig, and 6 Gig service plans will receive a promotional rate in months 1-3, and discounted rates in months 4-12. Then-current retail rates apply after month 12.  

New residential fiber customers who are active and in good standing after 90 days are eligible for a gift card ($50 for 500 Mbps; $100 for 1, 3 or 6 Gig). Customers who purchase 100 Mbps service are not eligible for the gift card offer. Gift cards will be processed and distributed via email. Limit one gift card per household.
