If you’re planning on disconnecting any GoNetspeed services, you’re responsible for returning any leased equipment, including modems and routers provided by GoNetspeed. If you have questions or need help with the return of equipment, please contact GoNetspeed for assistance.
You can easily return GoNetspeed equipment by bringing it to any USPS® Post Office® and GoNetspeed will pay for the shipment. To return your GoNetspeed equipment via USPS® please follow the instructions below.
