What is Lifeline Support?
Qualifying customers receive a $9.25 discount on their telephone or internet service at their primary residence. Lifeline benefits can be combined with the $30.00 Affordable Connectivity Program benefit. Lifeline participants may also qualify for free toll blocking to help control long-distance usage. Customers using this offering can still use pre-paid calling cards or dial-around services to place long-distance calls from their homes.
Only one Lifeline Program discount is available per household, a household being defined as any individual or group of individuals who live together at the same address and share income and expenses. The Lifeline Program benefit is non-transferable. Consumers who willfully make false statements in order to obtain the discount can be punished by fine or imprisonment or can be barred from the Lifeline Program.

- Call us at 855-891-7291 to see if a Lifeline benefit is offered in your area of GoNetspeed’s Alabama, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, Vermont and West Virginia service territories. If your address is not eligible, you may be able to apply the $9.25 benefit to your cell phone via your cell phone service provider.
- Apply for Lifeline through the Lifeline program’s National Verifier online portal https://www.lifelinesupport.org/ or by mailing a paper application form (available at the National Verifier online portal after entering your state) with your proof of eligibility document(s) to:

- Once approved, call us at 855 -891-7291 to have your Lifeline benefit applied. Please provide your confirmation number to ensure your discount is applied to your qualifying service.
