BUFFALO, New York (July 20, 2022) – The Buffalo area will soon have a new Internet service provider to choose from. GoNetspeed, a high-speed fiber Internet provider, has begun building their network in portions of Cheektowaga, Depew and Lancaster.
This 100% fiber optic network will offer internet service with symmetrical speeds, meaning that both download and upload are equally fast. GoNetspeed offers no data caps, no throttling, and the fastest residential Internet speeds available, ranging from 250 Mbps to 1 Gbps (1,000 Mbps). The company also participates in the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) which provides eligible households a maximum of $30 per month toward service.

A ribbon cutting at the new GoNetspeed office is being planned for Wednesday, July 27th 12:00pm-1:30pm with the Mayor of Depew, Cheektowaga and Depew Chambers at 2371 George Urban Boulevard in Depew.
